Has anyone augmented Cymbalta with Remeron?

Hi,
The combination of venlafaxine with mirtazapine (California Rocket Fuel) has met with some success in treatment resistant depression. Has anyone here combined duloxetine(Cymbalta-the newer SNRI) with mirtazapine(Remeron)?
