Started yesterday...
I took ambien on Monday night and it didn't work. I was exhausted, achy, and jittery all day yesterday. Today, I woke up, and didn't feel much better. I'm hungry but I can't eat. I'm not as jittery as I was, but I'm still a bit funky. I'm taking xanax and ibuprofen, to ease the jitters and relieve the pain. I'm thinking I should take more xanax than usual. The ibuprofen hasn't helped much either. I am on 200 mg of Lamictal, 10 mg of Lexapro, BCP, and xanax as needed in .25 mg doses. This is the first week of the BCP, started Sunday. I have been feeling weird on the first week of the BCP, but I feel worse than usual. Could it be the ambien? I'm going to try something else for sleep. Ambien made me feel a little bad the day after the first time I took it. Could it be worse because the Lamictal is readjusting? (like it does every month) And, what can I do? Should I take a little more xanax?
To doubly ease my mind, I even took a pregnancy test. Negative, as it should be, since I had my period last week. I'm just amazed at how awful I feel. I'm not quite sure what to do.
