No twitching or chest tightness so far today. The night is still young but this is a big improvement over the previous two days. Maybe that klonopin just nipped it in the bud.
My energy level is still pretty low but I did a full workout at the gym today... 45 minutes of cardio and about the same on upper body weight training. My mood and anxiety level continue to be good.
