Okay. I think I have what you're looking for. Here's a Canadian article about the benefits of amisulpride: http://www.bcmhas.ca/NR/rdonlyres/8BFC92AF-4023-4D5F-BF51-38DF2B13F531/12666/2003_Apr_Amisulpride.pdf
Here's a British article, similar: http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1090597
In the first article, you'll see a reference that amisulpride is availabe under the Health Canada's Special Access Program, but that's a lot of red tape to go through, considering you've found an external source on your own. Some vendors supply the drugs for free, if requested through this program, so you may want to consider it. Otherwise, you pay the manufacturer's own price for the drug. It would be sent directly to your doctor. Applications are online, here: http://hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/acces/drugs-drogues/index_e.html
The Italian requirement for a prescription is to protect themselves, I would think, from their own regulatory system. I didn't find amisulpride on any of the Schedules to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, so I cannot anticipate the slightest problem with Customs in Canada. You could have the pharmacy include a copy of the prescription, I'm sure, but I don't think that's necessary.
I hope I answered your questions, but if not, fire away.
I wish you well.
