Hi all,
I'm trying to collect some information about what motivates people to post lots vs. post little.I'm posting this on several boards, to get a broader range of opinions. For instance I just posted on /psychology about some of the aspects of the therapeutic relationship that cause ME to post more or less frequently.
As far as the medication issues are, I find that I post more frequently before a pdoc appt. to try and find out what my options are to minimize a side-effect or to make my treatment more efficacious. I also post more when I'm in some [medication-related?] crisis and I'm too scared to contact my pdoc. Sometimes I post when I have specific experiences or opinions about particular treatments, but this is somewhat rare these days.
I was wondering what leads you to post more/less frequently.
The purpose of gathering this information is to help me put together a little paragraph that may or may not help Dr. Bob prepare a submission for the American Psychiatric Association conference in May. I was hoping to have some of your ideas this week so that I can finish up my little paragraph.
Thanks in advance,
