I read a bit for you and from what I read, if they are looking for benzo's, it will show up.

Sometimes those urine tests are only look for illegal drugs; amphetimines or Ecstasy.

I think it would depend on what they are looking for.

Is this for a job? If you have a prescription for the Klonopin, even if it shows up, you shouldn't be in any trouble.
