If I were you I would try one or the other at first so you know which one is working. Wellbutrin might take a while to start working. I find Provigil works right away for daytime fatigue and motivation but it does wear off for me if I take it too many days in a row. You could take regular breaks every week or 2 to prevent building up a tolerance. High doses are not better. Wellbutrin might be a better long term solution if you can get it to work. BTW, either can cause anxiety and/or insomnia.
