Effexor XR: At What Dose It Affects Norepinephrine

Some say norepinephrine effects start to kick in over 75mg, Others say it can only be achieved on doses higher than 225mg a day.

What is right in your experience? I am taking 150mg in split doses. Should I up to get a norepinephrine effect?
