dosage equivalents

so i'll be tapering off effexor to either lexapro (most likely) or cymbalta. i've been on 300 mg of effexor for over 5 years; are there dosage equivalents anywhere on psychobabble? it's so confusing! i just want to make sure i have enough of both so i don't go thru brutal withdrawal while transitioning. to make it worse i just started a new job and can't take any time off.
