Truly, kiddo -- there's no other way to work that out.
As for Strattera, it was actually a halfway decent antidepressant for me. It caused some effects for me that it wouldn't cause for you -- girl things -- and it did up my jitters/anxiety, so you'd need something to address those, too. If I were picking out of thin air for you, I think I'd switch you to a less activating SSRI/SNRI, maybe Cymbalta? And I'd throw in a low dose atypical, like Seroquel or continuing the Zyprexa, and see how that worked out.
But that's just me.
You know what would really help, though? Talking to your doctor. I know you have all the reasons in the world that that won't help -- but if you write down the issues you've discussed here, take it in to his office and just read down the list, maybe he'll hear that you need some more help than you're getting. But if you walk in without a plan, he's unlikely to hear much.
