Actually, I think you just answered your own question -- if the Zyprexa is effective against your anxiety, and the Zoloft isn't doing such a great job on it, then it might make sense to increase the Zyprexa... Seriously.
Some pdocs like to find one drug that fixes everything, which is great. If it works. It may be that you're not going to be one of those people who can take one drug and feel perfect. You may need separate drugs to address the anxiety and the depression. It sounds, from your posts, as though the anxiety is more of an issue than the depression itself, which is not uncommon. If that's the case, then either a less activating SSRI, or a combination of SSRI and atypical anti-psychotic for anxiety might be your best bet. Zyprexa, if it works for you, and you're not having too many side effects, might be the solution. If not, Seroquel is good for a lot of people, Risperdal is good for a lot of others, etc. There are a few good choices out there, and your pdoc should be able to figure something out.
It does sound, though, from your posts, as though you're improving a lot. That's good news, and I hope it continues to be the trend.
