ENSAM (selegiline) and libido

How long should the drug be effective in restoring libido...so far I have had no libido since discontinuing risperdal a year and a half ago. I have been on the patch for 1 week at 6mg/20...does anyone have information for me...at what ammount does it start decreasing prolactin levels and what should I add with it...thanx~infected
