Is that a safe dosage? I take 500-1000 mg/dy. I only stick with it because I thought it did have a calming effect when I first began it. It could have been coincidental or placebo. Or maybe it actually worked and I developed a tolerance.
I don't think it's doing much now but if there's no harm in upping the dosage I may give it a shot.
