Colon cleanses have been around for many years. Lots of people things they are great. I knew one lady that had a colon cleanse with coffee. It took days to peel her off the ceiling. I just know that it is not something that I would willingly do for any amount of money. Flushing is something I will leave to the porcelein gods.
