I'm in the same situation, I'm afraid -- at an adequate dose of Prozac, I feel practically boneless, just limp and sluggish. And that's despite taking Ritalin...
So, what to do to help? I'd look into Provigil, or Wellbutrin. Either might help counter the SSRI amotivation. Maybe going to an SNRI? Effexor, or Cymbalta?
I don't know. Those are the suggestions that come to mind. I hope they help.
