drug free akathesia

I have been experiencing extreme periods of akathesia, while I am on no drugs.
Its a feeling like an extreme inner restlessness.
I can't sit still, or do one thing for more than a few minautes.
Is there such a thing, my concentration is ok, I just need to moveing.
