There are a couple of exceptions, which you can read about in the FAQ. Basically, it's any three posts in a row, except individual replies or diary type threads. So, if you are doing a drug trial diary, for example, you can post daily, even if no one else has posted. Or, if ten people have responded to you, and you answer each individually. Otherwise, you really are limited to three in a row.
