The starter pack increases the dose to 200 mg/day. I now take 300, which isn't unusual, and have take 450. If it appears to be helping (although at that low of a dose you're improved state may only be coincidently related to starting Lamictal), why not try 25 or 50 mg more? You need to taper up very slowly anyway because of the serious rash that can develop (in 1 in 10,000, I believe).--Johann
