Lexapro to Prozac

Due to a huge case of apathy with a side dose of I really don't care, my pdoc wants to switch me from Lexapro to Prozac. In my 20+ years of meds, no pdoc has ever even suggested Prozac and I don't know why. Anyone out there was has taken both? I'd love to hear experiences.
