Are you experiencing any side effects?
I had to be on 100-120 mg. I found it worked quickly in that it was like a stimulant and then once I reached my therapeutic dosage it relieved the depression.
Do you find it gives you extra energy? You should feel something by now, but hopefully it will kick in soon. Maybe you are a Nardil person. People tend to be one or the other (based on anecdotal evidence).
