Sup Squiggles,

Its a cliche but never too old.. if you are embarassed or intimidated by a class take correspondence classes..

You don't necessarily have to work toward a specific degree, just take courses in things you love..

My father has bipolar disorder, is 60ish, and is taking introductory french..
