Are you taking enough seroquel? Or often enough, it has a short half life, maybe you are agressive when its wearing off, inbetween doses?
I had that problem on geodon, felt bad inbetween doses, unless I dosed 4 times a day. Also it was not strong enough, with sedation, so I felt angry.
