Its all about money $.

Why publish negative trials if it is going to detract from the picture one is trying to paint?

The sick part, is that people put their trust in the system.

Am I incorrect in saying that a company can perform a hundred negative trials, and get the drug approved on one positive one?

IMHO, all trials should be used as part of the approval decision process.


That is meaningless. Any drug, given sufficiant time, will eventually differentiate from placebo.

Its also worth noting, that the one positive trial, was still a failure in that it failed on its primary measure.
