I have the opposite problem. I don't report side effects. My pdoc doesn't concentrate on meds so we hardly ever talk about them. I often forget to tell her my side effects. I had tremors for goodness knows how long before others started noticing and even then I still forgot to report them.

I think it's a good habit to take note of side effects and when they occurred. Then you can have a chance of figuring out whether meds are the cause. Now I don't know if meds are causing my tremors because I didn't tell my pdoc right when I got them.

I also attribute all my problems on my psychological state and deny that meds help at all. I think of meds as placebo for me. I don't actually believe the meds do anything for me. I continue taking them because my pdoc seems to think they help and also just out of habit.
