You might look at dietary things like food allergies. Many people, myself included, finally found relief by trying things like the hypoglycemia diet...basic protein and veggies. Meds don't work for me unless I compliment them by eating insanely healthy which is very hard for me since I am way underweight to begin with. Read up on things like Candida Yeast, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Kombucha, Kefir...start looking at the gut in addition to the brain...you'll find that the two are very much related. This probably all sounds very hoky but if you want relief, meds alone very often aren't the answer. Personally I still have a long way to go but I do know that meds didn't have any effect until I started augmenting my diet.
