Started the zoloft taper down (thoughts needed)

So I will be starting the Zoloft taper down using the liquid form of the medication tomorrow. We are taking it pretty conservatively... 10 MG every 3-4 weeks. Then after the washout period I am going to switch to Parnate. My question is this... How long is it going to take to lose the 60+ lbs I've gained on this awful stuff? I have stretch marks everywhere, and my body just looks horrible...
