Actually, it makes perfect sense to me. The Paxil is serotinergic, and the Wellbutrin hits dopamine and norepinephrine, so combining the two makes a lot of sense.

Of course, I'm not a big fan of Paxil, so I'd probably say Zoloft and Wellbutrin, or Lexapro and Wellbutrin, but that's just me. If the Paxil is working, there's no reason to monkey with it.
