A little information from AstraZeneca, the manufacturer of Seroquel.....
The overall weight gain for SEROQUEL-treated patients diagnosed with schizophrenia (n=661) was 2.3 kg (a median gain of 1.5 kg) after at least 26 weeks of treatment.
