Day 10 EMSAM

Seems as though in the last couple days it's starting to kick in and my mood has improved along with my motivation.
Now when I am putting a new patch on I feel an energy surge which is not going to be good for my sleep. I am going to start moving the time earlier, bit by bit.
It was not making me energetic after a new application in the first week, in fact, the opposite.
I feel more optimistic.
