Hi,
I've used them both. Trazodone at 50 to 100mg and Seroquel at 25 to 50mg. I can't imagine getting movement disorders at 25mg of Seroquel. Some people with psychosis take up to 750mg per day, and this med is noted for less movement disorders than the other APs. I have had akathisia with Abilify and Geodon so I know how miserable it is. Once again, we are each a different animal. My vote goes to Seroquel, because at 25mg, I just feel better on it. Oh, and it almost always works for me, unless I get to typing on this machine!
Take care,
Jedi
