> I'm feeling better then I've felt since freshman year of high school. My depression is COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY GONE. It really is an amazing feeling to go from having major depression every day for years and then to just have it disappear so suddenly, like a candle being blown out.
>
> The other main reason I began taking Nardil was for help with my SAD. Before I began taking N., I took some test that told me my social anxiety rated as "very high." I took the same test the other day and it now rated as "moderately high," so obviously there's been some significant improvement. There's no longer any anxiety associated with calling people I don't know, going shopping by myself in a busy store, returning items back to a store, and a zillion other little things that would have made me go crazy with anxiety before. Yesterday, I had 3 hours of psych administered to me by some recent college grad. I spent much of the time talking, joking, and flirting with her, while 3 months ago I probably would have hardly spoken a word.

> However, I still have a significant of improvement that still needs to be made, social anxiety wise; so I start CBT next Tuesday, and I see my new very highly regarded pdoc on the 10th, who I only was able to make an appointment with because my moms friend has some connections.

> I'm very optimistic the CBT will help, and that the new pdoc will raise my Nardil dosage to 90 MG and increase my fairly low Klonopin dosage as well.

> I've beaten the depression and I'm nearing that knock-out punch to my social anxiety!

Good for you!! Nardil is a great drug. If what I take didn't work so well, Nardil would be my next choice. There is a group you can join for MAO users to chat if you are interested.Polarbear
