I would certainly consider the TCA's. With anorexia, I would think that doxapin or amitryptaline might be worth a shot, if you have experienced marked weight loss.
Somtimes the SSRI's can make anorexia worse.
I certainly found the TCA's more effective than the SSRI's for depression.
