Sandra: I have been discussing that EXACT point on this board for years. Yes, LESS Seroquel seems to have the same exact effect on me, which is 25 or 50 mg seems to knock me out for sleep much quicker and much more effective than 200-400 mg doses (which I have taken when my anxiety was peaking).

I am thinking like you, and I am sure someone like Yxibow or Larry Hoover may chime in on this: Maybe at higher doses, yes Seroquel turns into a different med for different things, ALONG with helping for sleep.

When it comes down to it, you are really going to have experiment to find out what it right for you. For starters I would try to take only Seroquel at night and then something like Klonopin (4mg or less) during the day.

Let us know how you are doing, Michael
