In reply to ADMINISTRATION. PLEASE ERASE ALL THIS THREAD!, posted by lukeds on April 14, 2007, at 4:43:29
Hello lukeds,
Dr. Bob's general policy is not to delete threads or even single posts, except under very rare circumstances. So, as his deputies we rarely find it appropriate to do that either. One reason is that the community as a whole can learn a lot from all sorts of threads.
I'm just guessing here, of course, but I wonder if you're worried because of the question you asked. If you are, please don't be. Racer (who is a deputy but was posting just as a helpful poster) reminded you of the site rules, and that can be the end of it. No problem :-)
If you still feel you want your posts removed, I suggest you use the "Notify the Administrators' button at the bottom of every post (open one of yours and scroll down and you'll see it) and send a message to Dr. Bob, stating the reasons you want the posts deleted. As the site administrator, he will make that decision.
Hope this helps.
Respectfully,
10derHeart, acting as deputy for Dr. Bob
