Also, don't worry so much. While you should be careful, there's evidence that even at 9 mg, there's a much reduced chance of hypertensive crisis on Emsam.
Also, the foods you have to worry about spoiling are mostly those that you might already worry about. Most foods don't spoil if kept in a refrigerator, within the period of time that you would eat them.
Other than that there are are a few foods that pose a significant risk and after you're on any Maoi for a while, you get quite familiar with the ones you need to avoid or be careful about.
And ,as notfred said, you can always take your BP, if you become concerned that you're having a reaction. I took Parnate for four years and never had a problem; it becomes second nature to stick to the diet.
