Football I think the whole concern is over safety. SSRIs are not very dangerous in overdose whereas MAOIs and TCAs are. Recent information, not from the Church of Scientology, is that the lift SSRIs can give, particularly in teenagers, gives them the energy to commit siucide. It's very very sad. I sometimes think ECT is the safest, most effective and fastest treatment for depression.

Let's be honest, how can you expect a severely depressed person to wait 6 weeks before it MIGHT begin to work?

Another drug, GHB, now known as Xyrem when in small doses, works in minutes and has no side effects apart from Death when combined with other CNS depressants, like benzos and particularly alcohol.

THE PROBLEM

GHB makes you feel GREAT and we can't have that can we? It also has no hangover apart from a dopamine spurt to get you up and going.

So why not GHB along with a GHB diet? ( eg no drinking (who would want to when they're blissed out?))

It's not addictive, so in oder to get thinmgs done one needs to confine its usage to the evening.

I notice that when party pills cause coma or death they always blame the pills and not the alcohol they were almost certainly taken with
