I did start with half the required dose at the beginning. I seem to be very sensitive to medications. I am currently on Paxil 20mg and Lithium 300mg at bedtime. Considering implementing Cymbalta instead of Paxil. It seems lately I have more nervous or anxious. I am calling my pdoc to discuss. Thanks, for all of the feedback.
