I used the Emsam patch for about 2 weeks. It felt great for the first 5 days and then I went full blown manic. So I stopped it cold turkey. Then, I experienced the most severe anxiety, leading to full blown panic attacks. I was really scared. Its been about 1 week now and I think it is finally out of my system - thank goodness.

I'm sure it could be great for some, but for me, the smallest dose patch 6mg? made me manic.
