This is what I don't get. There are soooo many ways to get people sleepy.
Personally, nothing knocks me out like 15 mgs of Remeron, which has an antihistamine action. You can achieve similar results with OTC benadryl. Trazadone is effective as well. Now there is Rozarem. None of these really lead to dependency.
Then you have all the benzos like Ambien, Lunesta, and good old Valium.
So what is with all these trendy sleep aids? Do we really need all these different drugs to make us sleepy?
