mix methadone,lithium and lamictal together

Can you mix these together? I take Lith 600mg and lam 200mg and need methadone to get rid of my opiate habit? Does anyone know. I am afraid to ask my pdoc and my brother who had been to rehab twice says methadone was a miracle drug for him.
