I wonder if part of the problem of using psychiatric drugs isn't that not enough time is taken to adjust dose, combination with other drugs, readjustment, patience, feedback, use of feedback as information, and time. Serial drug use, one after the other according to monograph average dose, without adequate monitoring, may just backfire on *every* drug. It's very much like cooking, but exasperating for a time-pressured practitioner, unfortunately.
