Xanax - job drug testing

Does .5mg of xanax show up in a drug test ..I gave my boyfriend 1 last night because he was having horrible anxiety and couldnt sleep..totally didnt think about the fact he had a drug test for a job the next day at 3:00pm...will this show up?
