The answer is no, it does not follow. The MAO inhibitors destroy the enzyme that helps metabolize amphetamine. You can seriously overdose without that enzyme clearing the drug from your body. It is thought to take a couple of weeks for the enzyme to be produced in sufficient quantity to operate within normal parameters once again.
What's important in going the other direction, is the half-life of Adderal, roughly twelve hours. Given that five half-lives is the generally accepted time-frame for effective clearance of a drug from the body, waiting three days should be adequate, even for the XR version of Adderal.
