My doctor has me on it now, began one week ago at 37.5mg. and just went to 75mg. so am titrating up slowly. I have not noticed much of any difference yet but I also read it takes around 4 weeks to have antidepressant effects. Feel a bit hyper on 75 mg., very med. sensitive. Had just gotten used to 37.5mg with no anxiety.
