I went off paxil in 2002 cold turkey. Then went of lexy in September cold turkey. Cold turkey is not a good idea or good advice, because anything than THAT is better.

I would have to say reducing the dose very slowly is the best positive advice I could tell you. You'll probably notice less effects immensly if you do so.

Also I would have choosen to be on a benzo, if I had a choice in the situation.
