Ritalin=methylphendidate (racemic)
Focalin= "active" isomer of methylphenidate
Concerta= longer acting methylphenidate
Dexedrine= dextroamphetamine
Adderall= racemic amphetamine (75% dextroamphetamine, 25% levoamphetamine).
Desoxyn= methamphetamine

Dexedrine is not a combination of Ritalin and Adderall.

In a nutshell, there are basically only two categories of classical psychostimulants (with various derivativies and formulations):

1. methylphenidate (Ritalin)
2. amphetamine

Best of luck...Saturn.
