Just got off the phone with my PDOC who had contacted the pharmacuetical company for Seroquel and they had indeed had reports of anxiety from patients. This was at doses of 600 mg and more. I am super sensitive to antipsychotics so it is not a surprise that I was affected at only 300 mg. Oh well, another one bites the dust. Back to Zyprexa for a couple weeks then it's onwards to another antidote that hopefully works this time! Since I have serious blunting and weight gain from the antipsychotics we're looking at Topamax as being next up. She also mentioned Depakote but I'm not digging the weight gain warnings...sigh...
