Facing an impending switch, I have read everything I could find on the Internet about Nardil weight gain. There seem to be three trains of thought:
1) You are going to gain weight on Nardil, no matter what. The drug slows down your metabolism, changes how your liver processes everything, etc.
2) You are likely to gain weight because of increased hunger (carb cravings), or sedation that makes you less likely to exercise.
3) You can control your weight or even lose it on Nardil if you follow a healthy diet/exercise program.
Which number do you support and why? Thanks, Michael
