I don't know your history or your diagnosis.

What I am sensing is some sort of psychosis, possibly psychotic depression or schizoaffective disorder but I can't prescribe over the net.

Nonetheless if you were in a lucid state and your doctor informed you that you could get TD from an antipsychotic, that is what is informed consent and as horrible as it is, the doctor is not responsible for the drug itself if it was used for a proper purpose. A purpose which I am unfortunately beginning to see which is a lot of angered paranoia.

If you have quit your doctor and are ordering substances over online pharmacies, I can help you no more. I am not going to be caught in a circle of substance testing for TD on your own. You NEED a doctor to do all of this whether you think every doctor on the planet and Dr Bob is a "m*therfucking jackass."

I really think you need to be seen by a psychopharmacologist who specializes in psychotic disorders and the attempted managment of Tardive Dyskinesia. But regardless of the tape you showed us, only a doctor can make a complete assessment of TD and its intensity. And thats where the AIMS exam comes in.

It is too hard to argue with someone who dismisses logic under paranoia and then in the next post asks how much medicine they should play with (Seroquel).

This doesn't mean I am not sympathetic to your cause. This doesn't mean I don't like you. This means I believe you need to hear these things and find someone else if you don't trust who was helping you before before you make things even worse with obtaining medication and help through someone other than a licensed practitioner in your country or a neighboring one, however it is done in the EU.

Its imperative you find someone you trust; you may need to take Clozaril to get some of your paranoia under control as it is, TD or not.

I'm sorry, Jeroen, but you will have to deal with people with whom you trust on here and I hope they can understand something of what I am trying to say. I know there is a bit of a language barrier but I think you understand enough English to utter 4 letter words, so it is my belief that you can grasp what I am trying to say.

That is all I can do, really.
