I could never handle 30 mgs of prozac... made me feel spaced out, and at times, even hypomanic, but mostly spaced out. In sum, I couldn't function.
Did you already try lower doses or did you shoot right up to 30 mgs?
If it wasn't working for me, then what I would do for myself is this: I would lower my dose little by little until I found a place with a therapeutic effect but as few side effects as possible. This may not be what's best for you however.
